Miracles all around the world.

How is everyone nowadays?

It totally seems like fall already in Seattle. It's 2:30 AM after a big game (UW) night.
The night outside is dark and quiet; I hear the rain come down harder once in a while. It's very soothing.

This summer has been a bit rough. It seemed, every little thing I did elevated my body temperature at night. This whole immune deficiency and chronic infections business has been trickier to treat than I thought -- a year ago, I was feeling all feisty and ready to beat it in a couple of months. (I'm competitive, so when they say "It takes a while for most people," I hear in my head, "Oh yeah? I bet I can beat it faster!")

The chronic Epstein-Barr (mono) and HHV6 viruses seem to be still well (?) and active in my body. The viruses and my temperatures have their ups and downs like a teenager's emotional drama. (I should maybe make a sitcom out of it.) I become weirdly sweaty and clammy at night; the cool-down patches (they should sell them here! It's a godsend) my mom sends me really come in handy, esp. when I have them chilled in the fridge. It feels so good on my forehead right about now.

But all those physical challenges aside, miracles are happening everywhere! And they provide me with joy and hope that the world is a nice place.

Exhibit A of a big miracle is the first picture above. He's my best friend Michiko's first baby! How adorable is he? I know, I know, they say we all become partial to the kids we are related to or associated with, but he is genuinely positively darling. I love his willful eyebrows and mouth. I can't wait to meet him some day!

Continued exhibit of a big miracle is the second picture of our dear niece Olivia. She's growing leaps and bounds, it seems like, and the way she really stares and observes people is uncanny (or so I hear). Look at those big eyes and pouty lips! I just wish I could touch her plump cheeks.

Next up: A small miracle. There are a lot of those. This year, since I wasn't feeling so hot, we were doing an ever-so-trendy stay-cation at home. I haven't even made it to downtown Seattle. But there are miracles you encounter precisely because you are spending your time slowly.

Our ancient camera's picture is not the best, but the third picture is the proof of our precious memory this summer! This spring I saw a hummingbird fly by, and in a faint hope one might come to our balcony, I started growing a pot of fuchsia. (Turns out there are huge bushels of fuchsia by the mall next door and everywhere in between, so the chances are slim a hummingbird will come to our meager one-pot wonder.)

In an attempt to feel summer-y despite persistently feeling horrid, Daniel and I did a lot of "Al Fresco!" dinners on our balcony. (It basically consists of eating our regular meals on our balcony and watching the sky and the birds and people who go by.)

One day we were having our Al Fresco dinner, and I noticed: One of the fuchsia flower looked like it was about to burst open. I pointed it out to Daniel, and at that moment, a petal went "pop!" (OK, so there wasn't really a sound, but it really felt like it went "pop!") Over the next five minutes or so, we blissfully watched other petals pop open one by one. By the end of the dinner, the flower was in its full glory. It was amazing. I mean, how many people get to witness a beautiful flower pop open, petal by petal, as it happens, with your one and only?

That was a miracle. We couldn't stop smiling that night. Such an experience probably wouldn't have existed if we had been jetting around, taking vacations like busy bees.

Over the past couple of years, we've shared a lot of emotions. Some heavy, some light, some painful, some delightful. I think we are very lucky to have done so. There have been experiences we couldn't have had if we had led "normal" lives, and our relationship is richer for that.

The rain is calming down... Maybe I'll challenge this thing called sleeping again :)

Doh! - 。。

I wanna cry, too, bunny.

I'm just not good at sitting still and healing myself...

After months of dealing with spotty tonsils and flared-up mono, I was finally feeling up to taking up a role in our Toastmasters meeting -- i.e. I was dying to go out and do something. (Never mind it took an IV/massage/acupuncture/qi-gong blitz on Wed/Thurs/Friday.)

Well, the ending result is a bleeding throat. Doh! So much for dreaming maybe I'd be able to catch a chat with a friend over tea some time soon. (I guess I still could -- I just have to be a really good listener and not so much a chatter. Or I need a chalkboard.)

I talked to my doc last week, and we'll do another 3-month round of chelation therapy to rid of more mercury/heavy metal in my body (I was taking a little break to rest my kidney), and we'd try double-dosing immunoglobulin shots this time along with the anti-viral IVs in an attempt to boost my immune system.

So the saga continues... I guess the fact I can be up and typing is an improvement from a month ago, though. :-)

-A

P.S. A thought: Maybe I should enroll in some miming classes, so I can learn to communicate without talking.

Aging while being sick (and during an election cycle)

Hello Kitty Pumpkin! Truly awesome.

Happy Halloween Eve! (For those of you I haven't emailed: You must check out The 7 Types of Pet Costumes.)

I’m barely making my once-a-month post… My friend Mick left me a comment on my last post (which had to do with the fall festival): “Please post a new page before a 'snow festival' starts.”

Ha ha, very funny. Hey, at least it’s not time for the cherry blossom festival yet! So would you forgive me?

A couple of days ago, I found my second piece of gray hair. For the first one, which I think I found a few months back, I had this visceral reaction to pluck it, although they say you shouldn’t do that. I realize a lot of folks get gray at a younger age, so I shouldn’t gripe about it, but it was so shiny and silver among my brown/black hair it shocked me a little bit. Yes, I plucked it again. I blame this one on the election season.

(You know you’re being too obsessive when you’re incessantly checking Google News & cnn.com & politico.com & FiveThirtyEight.com on top of your regular NPR programming, and you’ve read one too many article on slate.com and The New Yorker magazine. I usually don't mind my limited exposure to The New Yorker to be at my Bostonian therapist’s office -- although their endorsement for Obama presidency was one of the most eloquent prior to Gen. Colin Powell's, which also referenced a beautiful, haunting picture in the magazine. The “election season” has gone on for waaaay too long, and the suspense is killing me. I'm bad at sitting still... as I'm too sick to volunteer, I’d like to go into a cryogenic freeze chamber and come out Wednesday morning.)

I always hoped to age gracefully. We live in a culture that’s obsessed with youth, but I always believed with age came wisdom, and along that reasoning, that aging must be a good thing.

Except I don’t feel particularly wiser, than, say, when I started becoming sick about two years ago. For that matter, I don’t feel particularly older, either. Having been sick and spending much of my time in bed and various clinics has felt a little bit like having been in a glass box -- like the one depicted by mimes. I’m in there, and my life is paused, while I watch everyone else outside, living their lives and moving. Friends have had babies, loved ones passed on, and here I am, kind of in the same place, in the same old glass box.

Behold: squirrel mime.

Of course I’m probably feeling like this because I’m writing this with my left hand while getting my nth (who can keep the count?) anti-viral IV, which I’ve been getting weekly. Since this summer my lovely & chronic Epstein-Barr viral infection (a.k.a. mono) seems to have flared up, with accompanying tonsillitis to boot. I don’t know if my Vancouver jaunt was premature, or if it was the combination of that with other summer activities, but according to the key witness (a.k.a. husband), “It was a steady downward spiral for a while there,” a bit like Sarah Palin’s approval rating.

Fortunately, not my throat...
The Wiki picture of tonsillitis. Yikes!
My white spots are much smaller now, thank you.

My white blood cell count is now in the low end of acceptable range, but not high enough to fight off my infections, and my natural killer cell count is… well, let’s just say they apparently barely exist.

I also got my most recent mercury test result back, and the news is mixed. It’s gone down a little bit from before (yay), yet it’s still twice as high as the upper limit of normal range (boo). And I have high levels of lead and tin (why?!). Having been a good student most of my life, getting back bad test results feels like failure, like I’m not a good patient or something.

I know I shouldn’t feel that way. Although I still get low fever every time I move around a little bit, I’m definitely doing a little better than I was in September. I can drive myself to my appointments instead of taking a cab. So who knows, maybe soon, my glass box can turn into a mosquito net, from which I can step out.

In the meantime, I need to gain back some weight. (I used to have a roommate in high school who weighed something like 95 pounds at 5'7", and she was always complaining she couldn’t find clothes that fit. I was a little chubby back then and I thought she was a bitch for complaining about such things -- 20 years later, I feel her pain. Hey, maybe I am becoming wiser. This illness is teaching me empathy!) If you’re in the area and want to go grab some prime rib shabu shabu or BBQ ribs (sorry, my vegetarian friends! Sometimes a girl needs pure fat before winter), give me a holler. If you’re not in the area but want to help boost my natural killer cell count, go vote for Barack Obama (just kidding… well, not really).

No pain, no gain (?) --

I <3 Vancouver!

Sorry I hadn't posted in a while... I kind of felt like I'd been put though a washing machine cycle after the trip to Vancouver :D

But I'm back, alive, and it was totally worth it!

I should know that reckless acts often result in pain. The big scar on my kneecap (from my kindergarten days, no less) is a good reminder. I must say, though, spiritually, we all need to stretch beyond our current limits sometimes.

Still recovering... my IV took almost 5 hours today :-( (Other folks seem to get out in about 2 hours.)

Another good news: the latest lab results (from the blood draw shortly before the trip) came back, and my white blood cell count is up! I'm finally back into the "normal" range (although at the lowest value of the range). So the doctor thinks I can re-start my anti-viral IVs again, now that my body might be somewhat more ready to fight the infections.

My chronic viral infections (Epstein-Barr, HVV6) were still rampant. Sigh.

Well, one thing at a time. Actually two things! I'm toasting to the successful trip to Vancouver and the increased white blood cell count.

Progress: One marbles to two marbles -- 1

If one activity (e.g. grocery shopping, going to a doctor, taking a walk) was represented as a marble, how many marbles do you have in a day?

One of the tips I got from the fibromyalgia study was to imagine that you have a certain number of marbles (probably less than the normal population) in a bowl, and that you spend your marbles by moving from the original, "available" bowl to another, "spent" bowl. Once all the marbles are gone from the original bowl, you should stop.

A little over a year ago, I'd say I had zero marble on many days. I couldn't get up from bed. Other days I had one marble to spend. I'd go grocery shopping, and I'd be done for the day. I'd get together with a friend, and I was down for a few days. All I could manage was making it to doctors' appointments to figure out what's going on.

Then between last January and March, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and celiac disease. I started treatment with the fibromyalgia clinic last April, and went on gluten-free diet at the end of March.

Progress comes slowly, but it is there (this I need to tell myself). Now, on most days I have two marbles to spend. On good days, even three! Hey, that's a 100%-200% improvement! If I were a company, my stocks should be skyrocketing.

But if I go over my allotment, or do an activity that requires two to three marbles all at once (e.g. going out to eat and then seeing a play, symphony, etc., coupled with taking buses or driving), I have less marbles on following days.

I think it's also helping that I'm getting a nutrition IV every week, especially since I seem to have lost about 10 pounds while fighting multiple opportunistic infections. (I wasn't particularly that tiny before, so I'm not really underweight yet. I'm OK, but my chest goes away!!)

I try to pace myself, but often, I've had to say no to planned social activities when I felt a bit too spent, so I wouldn't be down for weeks. I love people, so this has been hard. In the past couple of months, I've been trying to see more friends and schedule activities I enjoy for my spirit (music, play, movies, tea with friends, etc.), and I feel terrible when I can't make it.

Thank you to all my friends (you know who you are) -- for always being so understanding, and standing by my side. Please know, if I had a choice, I'd get together with you (or write you or call you) much more often.

I'm recharging; I hope I continue to make progress. I dream of coming days when I have enough marbles to fill a small bowl :-)

-A

。。Japanese to come later. I just spent about 0.5 marble.)

Oops!]

I can wear cute shoes (sometimes). --

Maybe in another 10 years I'll work my way up to this.

I can't believe I went without posting for over a month! Sorry. I was -- well, living, and that didn't leave me with much extra energy to write on my blog. STILL fighting sinusitis. (Plus EBV and HHV6. Think mono and roseola and sinus infection rolled into one convenient package! Don't worry, I'm not contagious.)

Then I started experiencing a writer's block; since I haven't said anything in a while, I started feeling like I should make a comeback with something fantastic. (This must be what Michael Jackson must feel like before coming out with a new album. Who knew having fibromyalgia/chronic fatigue syndrome would allow me to sympathize with MJ?)

Of course, such expectations are all in my head (a.k.a. part of my neurosis), so I decided to start again, break the ice, with something silly.

My feet and legs haven't stopped hurting, but sometimes on good days, I can now wear shoes with some heels! (For a few hours, provided I'm sitting most of the time, but still.)

I think I worked my way back up to about 2.5 inch heels. This may not seem like a big deal to some, but for someone like me who likes all sorts of shoes, this is a momentous achievement.

I suffer more than usual on following days, but it's so worth it, to have an outfit with matching shoes. Silly, I know, but it's something that makes me happy.

I'll save talking about being able to carry a purse for another time. :-P

Rock star hair! -

Weather: Cloudy, but can see the blue sky, baby; 40°F
Energy Level: 1 out of 10
Mood: 3/10
Health: 1/10
Ah, life is a comedy.

I wish I knew how to use Photoshop enough to take away the shine on my face, make my eyebrows nicer, etc., but I don't, so here, this is what I looked like today when I woke up.

Isn't that a rockin' hair, though? (No aid from styling products.)

The sicker I feel, the more rock star-like my hair becomes when I wake up, from all the tossing and turning. Today my hair was pretty rockin'.

I thought it was just a cold I was trying to get over, starting before Christmas (hey, that's more than a month). My weakened immune system apparently invited sinusitis. (Um, Mr./Ms. sinusitis, I was only joking when I said I'm like a great hotel/host. In the future, no vacancies.) I was getting used to feeling sick, so it was only after I coughed up some blood when I decided to seek further help.

Along with my two other chronic infections that haven't left, it's been kind of harsh to entertain another guest. I'm on my second course of antibiotics now, so hopefully that'll help me get over it. You know when you are really sick, how you feel like screaming for help from mommy? That's how I've been feeling. (I'm lucky I have a mom who's alive, at the other end of phone line -- thanks, mom, for answering the phone when I have a splitting headache in the middle of the night; the 17 hour time difference is sometimes a blessing). Thanks to pain killers, I can write today, ha :-)

I'll talk about all the adventures of alternative healing devices some other time. Today, I just had to share my hair, because that's pretty hilarious.

Fall Bounty! -

Weather: Sunny! Beautiful, crisp fall day! 50°F
Energy Level: 4 out of 10
Mood: 7/10
Health: 4/10

Despite a few things that could be considered to be going against me today, I'm in an inexplicably happy mood. Maybe I am getting better!

Today:
  • I got my 6th IgG shot and the anti-viral IV
  • It took the nurse 3 times to find my vein for the IV (not entirely her fault--too much scar tissue from donating blood in the past)
  • I was told my doctor is leaving the Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Center of Seattle (was a blow, but trying not to take it personally)
  • Drove across town to two appointments and later picked up some groceries as well as our CSA box -- tiring and painful!
  • Daniel left for a conference in Texas early (4:30 am) this morning, so even if I felt pathetic, I'm all alone
The old me might have seen these things piling up and might have felt like the world was somehow against me. A year ago, stepping over the shower tub ledge seemed like climbing Mt. Everest, and that, the first thing in the morning, would dampen my spirit. Not today! I felt hopeful and crisp like today's sky. It was such a gorgeous fall day in Seattle -- the kind you'd get right before real winter -- and the indigo water shining on the lake was amazing.

And, check out what we got in our veggie box!
  • Cremini Mushrooms
  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Bunched Carrots
  • Golden Beets
  • Red Tomatoes
  • Braising Mix
  • Yellow Onion, Garlic
  • Jonagold Apples
  • Kiwi
  • Fuyu Persimmons
  • Pomegranates
If this is not a great fall bounty, I don't know what is. Very exciting.

I also had some blood drawn for lab work, to see if I'm doing any better with the viruses. It really depends on the person, and I'm told it might take 15-20 shots for some people to see the results from IgG shots, so we'll see. I feel like I took a test and am waiting for it to come back, graded. I may also feel worse later tonight and tomorrow. But I won't let those things get to me -- it's exciting that I feel my spirit lifted, and I'll enjoy it while I can :-)

-A

P.S. Daniel: It's not because you're gone I'm happy -- I swear! I miss you terribly. I wish I could've opened the box with you :-/

Recovering from IgG shot #2 -- IgG 。。

Wow, it's really coming down outside (stormy! It seems to be raining almost sideways)--I'm glad I made Daniel wear his rain pants.

I'm currently recovering from the immunoglobulin (IgG) shot #2 last week.

Seeing that I recovered from the side effects of the last one in 3-4 days (good thing), my doctor and I jointly decided that we'd probably try weekly shots for 6 weeks, depending on how I feel. If I feel positive effects for more than a week, I could go 2 weeks in between. I haven't particularly felt those positive effects (more energy, etc., to follow after the negative side effects) yet--I've mostly felt beaten up afterward, and that tapered off somewhat.

Currently, instead of feeling like I've been hit with a flu hammer, I feel as though I have a mild cold accompanied by a somewhat increased level of pain.

Apparently this (IgG injections) is the somewhat natural route, as we are trying to boost my own immune system with the help of human immunoglobulin. If this doesn't work, there is a prescription antiviral medication called Valcyte (valganciclovir)--but it's more toxic and very expensive (if the insurance doesn't cover it, $10-13K for a course of treatment). In a recent study (came out Dec. 2006) by Dr. Jose Montoya, a renowned infectious disease specialist at Stanford, a treatment cycle with Valcyte proved to be about 75% effective--although the sample was fairly small and they are planning to do a larger study.

The caveat is that it takes about 6 months altogether, and the first 3 months you will be sick as a dog. It's kind of like chemotherapy--people would have to take time off from everything. In the 3-6 months period, however, patients in the study started to feel much better, a lot of them even going back to work full time after a long absence once the study was over. Another thing is that since it's toxic, it affects your bone marrow function (decreased white blood cell count), as well as liver and kidney function.

The study was done for patients with both human herpes 6 (HHV6) and Epstein-Barr (EBV) virus infections who are experiencing central nervous system (CNS) dysfunction. That's basically me.

EBV infection by itself doesn't cause too much trouble, but evidently, combined with reactivated HHV6, it causes quite a havoc--some of the symptoms being brain fog/memory problems (neurocognitive dysfunction), severe muscle pains and prolonged fatigue.

Like I mentioned before, most of us (about 90% of the general population) have gotten HHV6 in our bodies in the first 24 months of our lives (it's a respiratory infection). However, you rarely see a reactivated infection--except in cases of patients with severe fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, or other immune compromised hosts. I can only venture to guess that for some reason our immune system gave out and things went out of control, causing these viruses to seize our bodies.

It's an uphill battle, because I still don't know how well I'm absorbing nutrition as a recovering celiac. I am optimistic, though. I'm hoping I don't have to resort to using Valcyte (valganciclovir).

この研究は、HHV6(ヒトヘルペスウイルス6)と

ないのですが、HHV6(ヒトヘルペスウイルス6)の

Valcyte

The fight is on!

A bit like a flu shot on steroids, an immunoglobulin injection temporarily makes you sicker for at least a few days. (Apparently it's 50/50 whether you get sick or not, and I fell in the lucky camp that gets sick.)

As such, I feel more beaten up than usual, complete with the stuffy head and painful glands. That's good, though--it means the stuff is working, right?

I imagine cute antibody troops with their armor, battling it out against the virus troops inside my body. In a headache-y, ear-ringing haze, I'm visualizing the antibody troops coming out victorious (as seen below) as I continue this treatment. (Perhaps the ringing in my ears is the battle cry.)

We may not be able to do much for our anniversary/my birthday weekend, but oh well. I want to get better for the years to come.

Just wanted to get the "FIGHT!" visual in)

Being an "immunocompromised host" - 「

Weather: Sunny; 64°F
Energy Level: 2.5 out of 10
Mood: 4/10
Health: 3/10
I'm like a great hotel for viruses!

When you say "immunocompromised host," it sounds so hospitable. Apparently I'm a hospitable person, even to viruses. I've been feeling especially run down lately, and at least a part of the mystery has been solved. Just got back the latest blood test result, and turns out I'm still harboring Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) and HHV6 (Human Herpesvirus Type 6) infections. Eek. Got something else I didn't have before. (Although I'd been told I had a cytomegalovirus infection before, so you could say it's an even exchange.)

These are both viruses most adults
(90-95%) have in their body, having been exposed to it in the first couple of years in their lives. People with healthy immune system don't have to worry about them - they tend to activate only in an immunocompromised host. Activated HHV6 has been linked to fun things like lymphoma (which is also linked to celiac disease), chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), Sjogren's Syndrome, and MS.

So what I'm hearing is that I should take care of this somehow soon, since my body doesn't seem to be capable of doing the job on its own. I'm lucky to find out these things before things get out of hand, and to be able to do something about it. (I think my dead grandmothers and aunt are watching over me, too, along with my family and friends who are alive - thank you everone!) According to the clinic's recommendation, I decided the
immunoglobulin (IgG) shots would be the way to go. I have an appointment to get that started along with the anti-viral IV next week. Like flu shots, I may feel a little sicker afterward for a short while, but hopefully will see an improvement over time. I'll keep you posted!

They're almost here! (Easy, girl) -

Weather: Sunny/partly cloudy; 68°F
Energy Level: 4 out of 10 (improving!)
Mood: Good!
Health: 3.5 out of 10

↑ The skinny mini tomato plant on
our window sill - grown in a bag!
Got about a dozen mini tomatoes.
I shook it, dad (in Maine) ;-)

My parents are almost here!

It's hard not to get excited, because other than my wedding they've never visited me together, and even then they had to leave while the wedding reception was still going on. (My dad had a meeting to attend back in Tokyo.) I've been dreaming about all the things we could potentially do together - it's hard to
tame myself.

Yesterday I went to see my fibromyalgia doctor, Dr. Marti, and got some boost from IV shots (magnesium, anti-viral, etc.). She's always so chipper and helpful, which seems challenging for someone who see patients who are usually low-energy, tired and in pain day after day - but she manages to be upbeat, explaining your treatment plans. (Come to think of it, I guess most doctors see patients only when they're sick and/or in pain, but chronic illnesses can be certainly more depressing for all parties involved.) Her attitude cheers me up and makes me feel like it's totally possible to get better. I think, especially in certain professions, being chipper is a talent.

I'm always impressed at how well she describes what her patients (e.g. me) might be going through. I was telling her that I've been feeling like I'm trying to get over something and can't (persistent sore throat, chills, and enlarged lymph nodes). She showed me my thyroid test results (free T3 and T4 hormones), and the values are slowly creeping up. My hormones - together with cortisol levels - are getting better, albeit low. Then she said: "For many patients with chronic infections, when their hormone levels are getting better they feel a little more clear-headed, so their mind is more active than before. Then mentally they want to do more and feel ready, but the body is still lagging behind so they pay for it dearly [whenever they do take on more]."

Bingo. Indeed, my "fibro fog" (cognitive dysfunction common in FMS patients - transitory states of confusion, poor attention and concentration, and short-term memory loss) has been much better. So I want to take on more. Then when I do, my body screams.

She also mentioned that with patients with chronic infections like me, the viruses are draining the resources in the body so the rest of it can't get better. My energy is being used up to try to fight the multiplying virus causing the chronic infection, and my hormone levels are still not high enough to finish the job, so the propagation of the virus continues. And my hormone levels can't go up to healthy levels due to the lack of resources, which is being used up to fight the propagating virus. It's a vicious cycle. This is apparently what happens a lot of AIDS patients who die from a secondary infection - they don't die from AIDS, but since their bodily resources are being used up by the AIDS virus and associated chronic infections (such as Epstein-Barr), they can't fight off other secondary infections which sneak up to kill them.

Since immunodeficiency in AIDS patients and FMS/CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) patients can be similar, approaches to fight chronic infections more aggressively can be similar. They can range from taking certain anti-viral supplements long term (may or may not work and takes a long time; also tricky to absorb), administering anti-viral thymus substance and glycyrrhizinate (commonly known as licorice root, but in a much higher concentration which is impossible to ingest) intravenously (sounds cool but you have to do it often and can get expensive), to intramuscular immunoglobulin (human plasma origin IgG) injections.

I've so far gone the supplements/attempting to correct the hormone levels simultaneously route, thinking more natural/less invasive was better. Apparently it may be time to bring out the big guns, because the first approach isn't working.

The latter (IgG injections) apparently has been shown very effective in AIDS patients. Though, since it's human derived IgG, the risks are not unlike those associated with blood transfusions - even if you screen for everything, they may still find some new disease 20 or 30 years from now that they didn't screen the blood for. But the amount being injected is very little and plasma is sterilized, so the risk is minimal.

It's kind of like my troops and the virus troops are battling it out in my body, and it's at a standstill, with me losing a little bit. (This is better than before, when I was losing completely!) So I need to send in more troops. I'm waiting for my blood test results to decide what to do - in the meantime, I'll try to take it easy.

FMS・CFS(線維筋痛症、慢性疲労症候群)の患者と、
